Chinabidding.com www.chinabidding.com Chinabidding.com benefits from its strategic alliances including the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance of the Chinese Government. The two ministries have designated www.chinabidding.com and its English-language website as the sole official website for the disclosure of all the procurements of electric equipments and machinery by way of ICB (International Competitive Bidding), and the sole online platform for government supervision of ICB, and the platform of communication between government agencies and ICB participants.

Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) http://www.forumsec.org.fj/ The constitutive treaty for the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat currently in force is the Agreement Establishing the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat, done at Tarawa on 30 October 2000.  In 2004, as part of a range of recommendations to reform the Forum, Leaders directed that its constitutive Agreement be reviewed to reflect the new purposes and functions of the Forum.  The resulting new Agreement was opened for signature on 27 October 2005, and has been signed by all Forum members. The new Agreement will enter into force when it is ratified by all sixteen Forum members.

Pan-European Public e-Procurement Online (PEPPOL) http://www.peppol.eu/ PEPPOL is an initiative of the European Commission, focusing on e-Procurement interoperability across borders, implementing common standards, and enabling EU-wide public eProcurement.  Existing national systems of electronic public procurement will be linked across Europe so that all participants can enjoy the full benefits of a single European market without any barriers to trade.  PEPPOL is operated under the European Commission‘s Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme’s ICT Policy Support Programme.
Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) www.ppiaf.org/ The Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) is a multidonor technical assistance facility created to help governments in developing countries improve the quality of infrastructure through partnerships with the private sector.
